My journey started in Australia where I co-founded Greenstone which is today the largest Life Distributor and Aggregator in Australia selling in excess of 10,000 policies per month.
When coming back to the UK in 2012 it was clear to me that many UK families were unprotected with many of the products and offerings available being too complex or difficult to purchase. I made it my mission to change this and I continue on this path today.
Working with the experience my team and I gained in Austrailia, as well recruiting some of the finest UK talent I launched Neilson FS in 2012. We firstly created the foundations of the business using product innovation, pioneering technology and customer simplicity to build trusted brands and products which truly resonated with our customers. This was an immediate success and we continue to evolve these products and brands today, ensuring we meet the changing demand and needs of our customers. Understanding customer needs and consistently delivering good outcomes are central to what Neilson does.
Our success and expertise was recognised within the industry and has led to the creation of the Neilson partnership proposition. I believed for us to ensure we protect even more customers and families in the UK we should offer our expertise, technology, customer insights and products to other businesses, giving those businesses the opportunity to white label our proposition, in turn expanding the reach we have to protect more people who need it.
