Neilson has been a wonderful place to work where I have been able to grow and develop myself beyond what I expected. In just under 4 years I’ve been able to work with the latest and greatest technology which for me as a techy is like winning a life-size stuffed bear in an arcade claw machine! The diversity of my role has pushed me to participate in large scale projects and explore areas of IT that I’ve never been exposed to. The greatest thing about Neilson is that if you work hard, your work is noticed and rewarded, and the culture makes you feel like you have a work family.
I have been working for Neilson for just under 5 years and I love the company I work for. It’s growing, with lots of opportunities and you can really make a difference. I love the variety to my role, to adapt to the changes and improvements we make as a business. I really enjoy looking after a team and seeing them develop in their role. As cliché as it sounds, we are a work hard play hard kind of company and celebrating successes is done so well here. My role challenges me and I am supported when needed.
