Job Role

Website Content Manager is a key role as it sits across multiple areas of the business. To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, easily communicate with multiple teams and balance priorities and deadlines working across all our websites. You will need to be a problem solver with experience of working with website content management systems. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and SEO is beneficial, but not essential. This role will provide exposure to multiple disciplines so being an enthusiastic, fast leaner will be key to your success.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CMS for all our brand websites
  • Upload new content, edit web pages and make product updates
  • Work closely with Content & SEO team to make sure our websites are up to date
  • Work with PM & Frontend Dev teams to test new features and releases
  • Write tickets/briefs for new website templates and features
  • Carry out regular reviews and audits
  • Conduct regular product sweeps and arrange updated where required
  • Work with the design team to make sure the correct imagery is used across our websites
  • Monitor all sites for bugs and other website issues

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience working on website content management systems is essential (Kentico, Salesforce, WordPress etc)
  • Have strong experience working on projects from start to finish
  • Experience working with tight deadlines, maintaining momentum and quality of work
  • Experience working with project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Jira etc)
  • Working knowledge of HTML. CSS & JavaScript is beneficial but not essential
